innovation in the industry

Innovation of SAFER® cylinder is based of reduce the weight of the cylinder by 70% compared to the steel cylinder.
The lightness effect was achieved by using a PET liner and high-quality composite fibers. The PET liner is characterized by high barrier properties and does not react with gases, preventing corrosion. This ensures that the gas stored inside the container remains clean and completely safe for the user of the cylinder.

Thin-walled polymer liner

Thanks to its excellent physical and chemical properties, it is ideal for the storage of a wide spectrum of substances from technical liquids to gases and other substances. It does not react with stored gases, it is an inert, non-corrosive material that ensures gas purity throughout the whole lifetime of the cylinder.

High-performance fibers overwrap

The use of the highest quality construction materials ensures user safety and unlimited lifetime of the cylinder. The double braid made of carbon and aramid fibers ensures the best strength and resistance.

The external coating is made of epoxy resins, which protect against scratches and impacts and ensure the long lifespan of SAFER® tanks.
